Junior Account Manager, Financial Institutions
Mastercard is growing! We are currently looking for a new team member to join our Sales Team in Czechia. On this role you will support Czech Sales team to deliver against business targets for Mastercard from new business and existing customers, influence customer account strategies using analytical problem solving and leveraging data tools to provide market data and customer specific recommendations and support project execution across all business functions including business development, advertising, marketing and product management.
Your role:
• Provide insight in the analysis of customer's business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis
• Participate in business conversations with key decision makers internally and externally
• Act as a project manager and key end-to-end resource lead on small to mid-sized projects
• Partner with the sales teams, internal partners and key stakeholders to provide support to sales in a region
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships, working closely with cross-functional partners within the regions
All About You:
• University degree and first professional experience in financial services, cards, payments or another related field
• Understanding of Sales Discipline Framework
• Team-player attitude, well-developed communication skills, enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
• Curiosity, can-do attitude, agility, creativity
• Fluent in Czech and English
