WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will join BCG Athens Operations Team, ensuring that all reception and administrative functions are performed promptly and efficiently and the Reception is maintained to the highest standard. You will be the first to receive and welcome new and regular guests in BCG Athens office, while having the chance to participate to the daily life of the office, contributing to BCG positive image among clients and external parties and to the efficient turnaround of all messages, managing the room booking process and the call center.
You will also support Executive Assistants' Team in general and administrative activities, all BCG staff and facilitate its effectiveness in providing service to BCG clients.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Supervising all Reception and Operations activities, e.g:
Interacting daily with callers and guests, including suppliers, pony express and couriers;
Ensuring efficient turnaround of all messages and when necessary, take appropriate action to ensure urgent messages are relayed without delay;
Receiving guests, establish their identity and advise the appropriate staff member or deal with them as appropriate;
Maintaining highest levels of internal and external confidentiality answering phone calls in a courteous and professional manner including visitors/clients calls, suppliers/vendors calls and a wide variety of general administrative calls;
Ensuring efficient turnaround of all messages and when necessary take appropriate action to ensure urgent messages are relayed without delay;
Providing guests with badges and maintain an updated record of daily guests;
Managing the room booking process to ensure all requests are handled in an efficient manner
Cooperating with Operations and Executive Assistants' Team, providing with general and administrative support, e.g.:
Support in coordinating meetings, reserving conference rooms and organizing food service;
Support in events management (townhall, breakfast, etc.);
Acting and communication link between different teams;
Supporting in all General Services-related activities;
Liaising with office staff to collect and follow up on office maintenance requests.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Relevant (at least 2 years) administrative/front office/hospitality experience in a fast paced environment;
Positive and welcoming approach, strong customer orientation;
Availability to work 100% onsite (front-office role);
Attention to details and ability to prioritize multiple tasks;
Good teamworking skills, as well as ability to work in autonomous way;
"Can-do" attitude, eager to learn approach;
Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken, in English and Greek;
Good proficiency with MS Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
* Bachelor's Degree would be considered a plus.

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
