Overview: We are hiring anIvanti Service Manager to join our FLETC team out of Glynco, GA. to developpolicy and process documents related to ITIL processes and apply bestpractices for using the ITSM tool. The Ivanti Service Manager will assistFLETC customers in understanding and applying these processes to align withtheir business needs and services utilizing their technical knowledge ITSMtool in executing this task. Responsibilities:IdentifyCustomer Processes and process outcomes (and value streams)Developing andmaintaining Request Offerings and workflows within Ivanti Service ManagerCreating requirements documents to communicate form designs and MicrosoftVisio diagrams to portray workflow processesCorresponding with clients todetermine which ITSM functions meet their needs and make their existingprocesses more efficient and automatedReceiving clients' feedbackthrough meetings, demo presentations, and user testingAssisting coworkerswith their ITSM questions and providing feedback regarding bestpracticesCreating instructional documentation to iterate how developedprocesses functionWork closely with stakeholders to ensure processes are beingadhered to and are delivering valueDetermine current service and/or processdocumentation status and viability, and improvement activitiesConductresearch of IT service and/or process input, output, objectives, andgoalsPerform gap analysis between current and future service and/or processmodels Resolve all action items assigned resulting from product or processreviewsAttend team meetings, conduct reviews, and participate in otherrequirements gathering or process review activitiesWork with ITSM Tool SMEs tounderstand how tools can support the identified requirement needs of servicesand processesAs requested, provide information to ISM Leadership relating toconfiguration management procedures and reportingDocument and track allchanges to ITSM tool out-of-the-box functionality as part of the developmentprogram to assist with reconciling the skipped records list when performingITSM tool version upgradesDeliver IT Service Management (ITSM) missioncapabilities across FLETC using ITSM ToolsImprove the ITSMstakeholders' user experience and increase business value byincreasing performance velocity and improving quality service delivery whilereducing and controlling IT costsRequirements3 years or more of Ivanti ServiceManager experience required Ivanti Workflow CreationIvanti KnowledgebaseManagementIvanti Asset ManagerBusiness Object and RelationshipsIvantiXtractionEducation/Certification:Bachelor's Degree in arelevant field.
