　　Primary Responsibilities

　　As a technical analyst, you will be responsible for:

　　Supporting end-user requests or issues using incident reporting tool ServiceNowTaking part in on-call rotation supporting end-users and applicationsTroubleshooting of platform (SAP ECC, S/4 and .Net) business and technical processesInterpreting functional specifications and convert them into technical solutions that can be implemented and supported.Creating technical specifications using standardized templateCreating technical unit test documents using standardized templateCreating and maintaining technical documentationAssisting technical developer with ensuring results meet business requirements and expectations.Researching platform best practices to meet end-user requests.Maintaining a working knowledge of advancing technologies and freely exchange new ideas and suggestions for improvement.Applying Agile methodologies and concepts through the entire development lifecycle

　　Knowledge and Skills:

　　Experience in all types of ABAP development a plus (reports, enhancements, interfaces, function modules, workflow, and classes)Experience in SAP modules PP, MM, and SDExperience in maintaining SAP system configuration.Experience with Fiori, SAPUI5, CDS views, OData technologies, Cloud Platform, HANA DB, implementing and extending standard SAP Fiori AppsExposure to ABAP development within a variety of SAP modules including SD, PP, MM, EWM, Transit Warehouse, and Transportation ManagementExperience working with BADI's, enhancement points, BAPIs, IDOCs, and Web services.Exposure to make to order manufacturing a plus.Exposure to manufacturing BOMs and RoutingsThe drive to research and learn new technical platforms.Experience in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPointExposure to Agile methodologies and conceptsExposure to ADO navigation a plus
