Provide functional and technical support for Human Resource systems focusing on Compensation. This role will collaborate with internal business and technical staff to design, develop, and support solutions within the Oracle HCM application landscape. Responsible for system requirements, development, process flows, test plans and projects. Reporting in accordance with Human Resources standards and procedures. Responsible for project management, through all phases of project life cycles, ensuring objectives are met. Business systems analysis with recommendations for improvements or enhancements.Education: Bachelor's degree in technical field (MIS, Computer Science) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Years of Experience: Five years of relevant experience or the combination of education and experience, that enables performance in all aspects of the position.
