Description

　　Global organization located in Downtown Houston is in need of a contract Administrative Assistant for a year or longer. Fully on-site and free parking, this position is ideal for a Sr. Administrative Assistant with 5-10 years of experience in administrative responsibilities.

　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Perform word processing, filing and faxing

　　Receive and tend to visitors

　　Handle telephone calls

　　Support a variety of projects for other employees

　　Requirements

　　Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

　　Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

　　Foundational knowledge in Schedule Appointment

　　Solid understanding of Department Files

　　Experience with Screen Calls

　　Prior experience with International Travel

　　Quality experience with Microsoft Office Suites
