　　1901 Group (A Leidos Company) has an exciting IT Systems Administrator position located in Elkins, WV.

　　POSITION SUMMARY:

　　Our IT Systems Administrator is responsible for providing IT support to a Continuity of Operations (COOP) Facility used in the event of a need to relocate. If activated, the site would support approximately 140 personnel to conduct operations and must be operational 24 hours, 7 days a week. The IT Systems Administrator would be responsible for ensuring this facility is always operational.

　　Primary Responsibilities

　　Provide IT support for the COOP location to include:

　　Resolving network communications issues

　　Support for all IT systems, communications, and telephony devices

　　Maintain all wiring and communications to include running cables and moving analog lines between punch down blocks

　　HF/ALE Radio testing

　　Inventory management

　　Site security coordinator that includes support for the local facility security system and responding to alarms 24/7

　　End user support

　　Act as local point of contact for interfacing with agencies that communicate with the facility and ensure all communications assets are operational 24/7.

　　Support local Communications Security (COMSEC) duties to include inventory, tracking and maintenance of COMSEC equipment.

　　Serving as COOP manager during all emergency activations.

　　Position is required to be on-site at location in Elkins, WV.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelors degree in IT and 4+ years of experience of prior relevant experience or a Master’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, relevant years of experience will be acceptable in lieu of degree.

　　Desktop computer support experience

　　Networking background that includes network router and switch operations and troubleshooting

　　Basic Telephony experience to include VoIP systems and video conferencing.

　　Network wiring and troubleshooting in adherence with standards I.E. 568A/B, T-1, 66 block

　　COMSEC user experience to include COMSEC handling procedures and experience with NSA Approved Encryption Devices such as KG 175D, KY 99M, KIK-30 RASKL, Iridium and VIPER

　　Experience with management and oversight of secure work areas.

　　Experience with maintaining and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

　　Ability to operate independently and as part of a team to maintain the facility.

　　Excellent communicator and ability to interact with end users to Sr. management.

　　Strong attention to detail

　　Self-motivated / self-starter

　　Must possess current Top Secret/SCI clearance, must be a US Citizen

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experiencing supporting a 24x7 COOP/emergency facility

　　A+, Network +, or CCNA

　　Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
