Description
We are currently seeking a competent and highly motivated IT Support Specialist who has extensive experience working with Microsoft Active Directory, Service Now, and O365. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional frontline IT support services. They will also work towards maintaining and improving our company's IT infrastructure to ensure high levels of efficiency and security in which the individual plays an integral role.
Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve help desk requests received through different communication channels within the established Service Level Agreements.
Provide troubleshooting and technical support through onsite, phone, web-based tools, and email communication.
Perform user and access administration tasks on Active Directory, O365, and other systems as per company policies and procedures.
Assist in implementation, administration, and support of Service Now.
Maintain precise records of all IT related issues and their resolution status.
Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to resolve technical issues when needed.
Develop and maintain procedural documentation for user support activities and for technical processes.
Advise on potential improvements and upgrades, and assist with the implementation of IT solutions.
Provide training and support on O365, ensuring users maximize their use of the software.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of IT support or related experience, ideally within a similar industry.
Proficiency using and administering Active Directory, Service Now, and O365 is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
Good knowledge of IT protocols and processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail.
Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and ability to multi-task.
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, ITIL) will be considered an advantage.
