　　Key job responsibilities

　　•Incident first responder and onsite hands on support

　　•Break-fix and troubleshooting according to process guideline

　　•Maintain proper IT operations according to process guideline

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Diploma and above qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines.

　　1 year experience in server / network hardware and operation systems maintenance / troubleshooting.

　　Basic knowledge of network cabling (fiber optic) and operation support experience.

　　Sound understanding on incidents response and prioritization.

　　Basic level of English in reading/writing and verbal communication.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Industry experience in software and hardware Operations.
