Our Client in the Insurance industry is a seeking to add a great IT Software Development Supervisor to their team!

　　Title: IT Software Development Supervisor

　　Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)

　　TOP JOB REQUIREMENTS:

　　Experience leading a team of intermediate or senior development resources to provide successful project delivery and an efficient and effective operating environment. 

　　Experience working with various SDLC methodologies and cross-functional teams (Application Owners; Architects; Developers; Business Leadership; Business Analysts).

　　Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, ETL processes, query design in Oracle/SQL/HANA, and report development.  

　　Strong knowledge of SAP Business Objects systems, including Universe design, implementation, customization, and system architecture, as well as knowledge of SAP best practices and methodologies.

　　Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

　　Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality results.  

　　Experience working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.  

　　Strong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of taking solution ownership.

　　Must be able to pay close attention to complex detail and understand written and oral instructions.
