NATURE AND SCOPE The IT Service Desk Technicianreports to the Manager, IT Service Desk and is responsible for providingefficient and professional IT equipment support to associates across allthe organization\'s locations, including configuring, installing, andsupporting desktop PC\'s and laptops, software and peripheral equipment.Performs investigation into IT issues being experienced by Landmarkassociates and resolves issues using identified solutions and developssolutions to address issues that have not been experienced before.Focuses on the Associate\'s experience. REQUIREMENTS 1. High schooldiploma or equivalent combination of education and experience will beconsidered. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as IT support experienceor relevant experience. 3. Excellent verbal and written communicationskills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability towork both independently and in a team environment. 4. Ability toindependently organize work, balance multiple priorities and manage avariety of projects in a high-volume work environment with strongattention to detail. 5. Demonstrated understanding of Windows operatingsystems, software applications and a working knowledge of the coreprocessing system. 6. High level of understanding of PC architecture andperipherals, and a working knowledge of servers and networks. 7. Musthave a reliable vehicle for travel to branches, and a flexible scheduleto include weekend rotations, early mornings, late evenings, andholidays as needed. 8. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 9. Flexibleschedule and ability to accommodate early mornings, late evenings,weekends, and holidays if needed. 10.
