Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an IT Risk and Compliance Analyst in San Francisco, California. This role is within the financial services industry and will involve working with tools such as ADP, Archer, CobiT, Concur and CRM. As an IT Risk and Compliance Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting our compliance governance oversight program.

Responsibilities

• Guide operations teams to ensure compliance with regulations and mitigate risk.

• Investigate and respond to operations-related issues as they arise.

• Review and handle complaints in a detail oriented and timely manner.

• Engage with team members across different levels of the organization.

• Support initiatives focused on improving processes and operations.

• Utilize your knowledge of AML - Anti Money Laundering in daily operations.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas of risk.

• Carry out commission functions as part of your role.

• Maintain a focus on compliance in all aspects of your work. Requirements • Must possess a deep understanding of ADP - Financial Services.

• Proficiency in Archer is required.

• Familiarity with CobiT is a must.

• Should have extensive working knowledge of Concur.

• Expertise in CRM is expected.

• Must have a strong background in AML - Anti Money Laundering.

• Proven experience in Auditing is necessary.

• Must be adept in Commission Functions.

• Experience in Complaint Handling is required.

• Compliance skills are crucial for this role.
