　　Madhive is looking for an IT Project / Program Manager who is passionate about managing IT projects at Madhive that will transform the digital AdTech space.The IT Project / Program Manager works with multiple Agile Teams, external development and vendor teams across multiple verticals maximizing team capacity and ensuring progress of the program. This includes measuring and tracking project risks and dependencies, change management, stakeholder management and collaboration with various levels of leadership .

　　Responsibilities:

　　Track program / project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals

　　Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis

　　Develop project plans to be shared with stakeholders and project team emphasizing dependencies and sequencing

　　Coordinating internal staff and vendors for successful execution of projects and managing SLA guidelines

　　Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, assigning, scheduling, and coordinating projects.

　　Manages the communication of projects, tasks, and changes to applicable business groups

　　Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.

　　Enhances the reputation of department and organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing a wide variety of project assignments.

　　Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately

　　Qualifications (Who You Are):

　　Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Business Administration, or related discipline..

　　5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role required.

　　Experience with software development teams and the SDLC is required.

　　Experience working with outsourcing vendors is required.

　　strong experience in agile theory, methodology, techniques, rules, and practices.

　　Able to critical thinking techniques to analyze problems, develop solutions, build staffing forecasts and manage risk across the organization.

　　Ability to contribute to the direction of the function and provide advice to teams and leadership.

　　Updates, tracks, communicates status of projects and monitors timing of release milestones

　　Excellent interpersonal skills to partner and interact with technical and business stakeholders.
