　　We are currently seeking a IT Project Manager Pharmaceuticals to join our team in Rome, Lazio (IT-62), Italy (IT).

　　Project Overview: New construction and pharmaceutical manufacturing sites are expanding. This role will lead the IT workstreams and sit onsite frequently with the local teams.

　　Role Scope / Deliverables: 1. Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of new manufacturing systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

　　2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to gather requirements, define project scope, and align project objectives with business goals.

　　3. Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.

　　4. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring effective communication, contract compliance, and timely delivery of project deliverables.

　　5. Change Management: Facilitate organizational change management by ensuring effective communication, training, and user adoption of new manufacturing systems.

　　6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and automation to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.

　　7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and lessons learned, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and project governance.

　　Key Skills: 1. Fluent in English and Italian (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels.

　　2. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry or a similar regulated industry.

　　3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems, including MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems), and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.

　　4. Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.

　　5. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

　　6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

　　7. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred.

　　8. General knowledge regarding IT Infrastructure is preferred.

　　9. General knowledge regarding COTs Application Delivery is preferred.
