　　Major Duties:

　　Participates in the project and program planning process of newproducts/services and/or major improvements to existingproducts/services.

　　Develops the plan and leads the project team in executing that plan.

　　Applies a solid foundation in project and program management andexecuting that plan.

　　Applies sophisticated project management discipline and experience.

　　Project plan developed by focusing on project definition, scope,business requirements, completion dates, resource allocation, andquality/reliability.

　　Uses sophisticated dependency management, risk management, communicationstrategies, etc. as part of managing the success of projects.

　　Ensures project quality by adhering to standards in development, testingand quality methodologies assuring integration with other systems.

　　Assists in coaching and developing teams on Agile best practices andmethodologies.

　　Provides day-to-day work direction and assistance to a group ofprofessional staff, primarily in the context of work needed againstproject plans.

　　Monitors ongoing project status and maintains communication withstakeholders and teams regarding the project status.

　　The nature of projects requires significant communications outside theimmediate project team.

　　Looks for process improvement and process definition opportunities andleads others in adhering to existing processes and contributing to theirimprovement.

　　Skills, Abilities, Knowledge:

　　Microsoft Office suite, Rally Backlog Management tool, AzureDevOpsBacklog Management tool, Confluence

　　Understanding of applications development environment, database, datamanagement and infrastructure capabilities and constraints.

　　Understanding of activities, their sequence and measurement, and theability to facilitate implementation of process and participate inprocess.

　　Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflictresolution.

　　Business process knowledge of assigned area(s) and/or function(s).

　　Understanding of computer technology, methodology, and full life-cycledevelopment.

　　Education

　　Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalentexperience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)

　　Work Experience:

　　Experience implementing major Information Technology programs orprojects that are broad in scope or multi-unit/cross divisional. (4 - 7years)

　　Information technology experience and/or business experience. (4 - 7years)

　　Experience in Project management and business planning. (Small Projects)

　　Project management experience including plan development, budgetmanagement, team management, requirements gathering, delivery anddeployment. (1 - 3 years)
