　　Position Summary

　　Communicate standards of excellence in the daily work assignments of assignedTeam in order to meet safe production as outlined by Management. Standardsshould be communicated through stated goals, daily interaction, Teammeetings, provide input on employee performance evaluations, and recommenddisciplinary actions.

　　RequirementsPerform standard office duties, plant duties and operate mobile equipmentEstablish and maintain effective communications within all areas of theoperationMust make regular inspections for safety, housekeeping and mechanical issuesin all areas of the operationImplement and apply all safety rules, regulations and procedures of mine andproperty as set forth by federal, state, local agencies & policiesWork closely with the Sr. Team Coordinator and Production Supervisor to insureimplementation of scheduled maintenance on all equipmentPerform annual performance evaluations on team membersParticipate on plant safety committeeAssist Plant Manager, Production Supervisor, and Sr. Team Coordinator indeveloping mining plans, profit plans, AFE'S, and monthly forecastDemonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude and energy leveltoward teammates,peers, and customersComplete daily production, safety and maintenance reports accuratelyResponsible for maintaining quality of all productsMaintain housekeeping and appearance standards as establishedAssist with equipment repairs and housekeeping as neededOther duties as requestedMinimum Education and ExperienceMinimum 3 to 5 years+ experience preferably in aggregates industryHigh School Diploma or GED preferredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesEffective coordination and communication skills (written and verbal)Understand team based managementSelf-starter with ability to work with little or no supervisionMust be able to read, write and verbally communicate in the English languageStrong mechanical knowledgeAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to travel long distance by car or other commercial means, overnightat timesMust be able to work irregular shifts and weekends as requiredPhysical RequirementsMust be able to perform duties in a safe manner.
