Kforce has a client in Lenexa, KS that is seeking an IT Project Manager.Responsibilities:

　　Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices

　　Drives projects through the project life cycle, tracking progress, escalating issues, coordinating resources with management

　　Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, etc.

　　Track and monitor team performance daily and help the team achieve their commitments and when problems are identified work with team

　　Assists with internal and external communication

　　Maintain professional and technical knowledge

　　Bachelor's degree in IT or business-related studies

　　CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP, PSM

　　2-4 years of Project Management (Agile & Waterfall Methodology)

　　Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

　　Oral and written communication skills

　　Ability to work in team environment

　　Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

　　Ability to multitask

　　Local to the Kansas City metro

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
