Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity to join L3Harris team as a Specialist, Program Financial Analyst. Duties of the job include:
Essential Functions:
Development/review of time-phased budgets following contract award; establishment of key performance metrics and milestones; ongoing reporting of Program(s) cost and schedule variances in accordance with company policy; ETC/EAC preparation and review, analysis and monitoring; maintenance and reporting of timely performance data to division management team as well as customer; investigation of financial irregularities; financial program compliance; prepare milestone invoices and analyze program cash forecast
Creating/ Maintaining/Updating of Projects
Creation and Review Variance reports with CAM input Prepares weekly actuals and labor reports
Prepares moderately complex proposal cost estimates and pricing data.
Provides support for internal and external audits for assigned programs.
Create Ad Hoc analysis as needed
Other duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
4+ years of experience with manipulating pivot tables and v-look up in Excel and PowerPoint
MPM, etc.
2+ years of experience with SAP as an ERP
US citizenship required.
Preferred Additional Skills:
1+ years of experience with Earned Value Management Software such as: COBRA,
Experience with contracts such as CPAF, CPFF, T&M, FFP, etc.
Strong computer skills
Knowledge of government contracts, funding profiles, sales outlook and variance analysis preferred.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $58,500 - $108,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
