　　We are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to join our technology-based program supporting a key functional program area providing full lifecycle engineering support for systems monitoring and applications management services that provide systems alerts, including monitoring for enterprise system performance and availability and providing guidance and engineering for upgrades, systems modifications, and updates. The functional area also provides operational support for applications deployed across the sponsor's enterprise, including release management configuration management and data analysis. This is a fast paced, challenging, and career rewarding experience providing top talent and solutions on one of the most complex and high-profile programs within the government.

　　Required Education, Experience, & Skills

　　The right candidate will have a minimum of 6 years' of work experience. A Bachelor's or Master s Degree are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below where specific skills may include the following...

　　Ability to handle various responsibilities such as planning, scheduling and coordinating all areas of a project.

　　Autonomous approach that provides guidance and leadership to the sponsor and their management stakeholders

　　Provide communication that leads to the understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives across all enterprise stakeholders and ensure all project issues are resolved promptly to avoid negative impact to the budget or schedule

　　Ability to capture, document and track new requirements

　　Assist in team development by removing road-blocks, mentoring team members.

　　Serve as programmatic liaison to the sponsor; maintains enterprise sponsor contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations. Must possess strong interpersonal skills with tact as they collaborate with technical resources, engineering, developers, mission partners and senior officers

　　Promote the empowerment of the team by ensuring team members are fully engaged

　　Excellent verbal, written and communication skills

　　Excellent leadership skills

　　Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

　　PMP Certification

　　Scrum Master Certification

　　Understanding of sponsor service request tracking systems, utilizing a mix of Jira, Confluence and Service Now

　　Pay Information

　　Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270

　　Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
