Description

　　Robert Half is seeking an IT Manager for a direct hire opportunity. This position will be fully onsite.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Lead the management of information technology and computer systems, ensuring the optimal functioning of software applications.

　　Strategically plan, organize, control, and assess IT and electronic data operations to maximize efficiency.

　　Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

　　Innovate network troubleshooting methods with the goal of minimizing downtime and reducing repair costs.

　　Safeguard the security of data, network access, and backup systems, maintaining a robust information protection framework.

　　Ensure the protection of assets, information security, and control structures within the IT environment.

　　Develop and execute comprehensive disaster plans to guarantee business continuity during crisis situations.

　　Align actions with user needs and system functionality, actively contributing to the formulation of organizational policies.

　　Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions to enhance overall system performance.

　　Conduct systematic audits, assess outcomes, and drive continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence.

　　Collaborate with management to determine network maintenance and growth requirements, ensuring scalability.

　　Implement effective methods for upgrading company network software programs with each release.

　　Monitor evolving network technology, communicate opportunities to upper management, and implement approved updates promptly.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Proven track record with substantial work experience as an IT Manager or in a relevant role.

　　Over 5 years of hands-on experience in information technology management.

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred

　　In-depth understanding of network architecture

　　Proficient in management of computer networks, network administration, and installation.

　　Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.

　　Expertise in data center management and data governance.

　　Requirements

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Proven track record with substantial work experience as an IT Manager or in a relevant role.

　　Over 5 years of hands-on experience in information technology management.

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred

　　In-depth understanding of network architecture

　　Proficient in management of computer networks, network administration, and installation.

　　Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.

　　Expertise in data center management and data governance.
