　　Description:

　　As a Setup Technician, you will be expected to perform the following Essential Functions. These Essential Functions are performed 95 - 100% of the time in a manufacturing environment consisting of various sized injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment. You will be exposed to dust, fumes, odors, and warm working conditions. You will also be expected to walk among and behind machines, i.e., in narrow places, and climb up on the injection molding presses.

　　• Equipment setup & operation.

　　• Prepare material for molding.

　　• Comply with department safety procedures

　　• Read specifications to determines setup and prescribed temperature and time settings.

　　• Perform required machine adjustments to achieve required efficiency and quality.

　　• Ability to troubleshoot standard processing issues and communicate in detail to supervisor or maintenance any concerns

　　• Ability to perform basic math.

　　• Must possess proficient verbal and written communication skills as required to interface with company personnel.
