Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Manager in Palmview, Texas. This role focuses on managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure of our organization including hardware, software, networks, and data security systems. You will be leading a team of IT professionals, overseeing IT projects, and managing vendor relationships. This role also requires staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and recommending strategic IT initiatives that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data security systems

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure optimal system performance and user experience

• Lead and mentor the IT team, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback

• Oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet user requirements

• Analyze IT needs and identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings

• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and recommend strategic IT initiatives that align with business objectives

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure the organization receives the best value from its technology investments

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues, maintaining business continuity and minimizing downtime

• Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in an IT managerial role is essential.

• Proficient with Cisco Technologies.

• Experience with Cloud Technologies is required.

• Must have knowledge of Database management.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is necessary.

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must.

• Proficiency in Active Directory is required.

• Must have experience with Backup Technologies.

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware is essential.

• Experience with Configuration Management is necessary.
