Description We are in the search for an IT Manager to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. The IT Manager will be a crucial part of our team, leading the development and implementation of IT systems and policies, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all computer systems. The role is in the telecom industry and is a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the IT department to ensure the company's technology needs are met

• Implement and manage Cisco and Cloud technologies to optimize business operations

• Maintain and manage company databases and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

• Utilize EO/IR systems for data analysis and decision-making

• Stay up-to-date with advancements in IT and introduce new technologies that might benefit the company

• Oversee the use of technology throughout an organization, including its development and implementation

• Manage and adapt Backup Technologies to ensure data safety and integrity

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT

• Implement Configuration Management for effective control and coordination of the environment

• Manage contracts with IT service providers to ensure that services are delivered at the required level

• Utilize MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and MS Dynamics 365 Finance Operations for business process management. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Cloud Technologies

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Proficiency in Backup Technologies

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Understanding of Contracts

• Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance Operations

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Outstanding communication abilities
