Description The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing technology-related partners, service providers, and daily operations of IT procedures for our office and club locations. The IT Manager will identify, plan, and execute all technology-related projects for the organization, leveraging specialty partners as needed. The IT Manager will remain current on all related technological advancements and threats. The IT Manager will identify and implement technology-related best practices across the organization Requirements

　　Skills and Qualifications

　　• 5+ Years of IT Administration Experience

　　• Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming.

　　• Experience with O365, Radiance, Rockbot, ABC Fitness desired

　　• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

　　• Keen attention to detail

　　• Good organization, time management, and prioritization

　　• Efficient troubleshooting abilities

　　• Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening

　　• Great customer service and interpersonal skills

　　• Applicable certification in the Microsoft Office space desired (ie.e Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Administration Essentials, etc.)
