Description -Manage and monitor all infrastructure and systems installations, including configuration, testing, and maintenance using Microsoft Intune

　　-Manage and monitor Office 365 environment (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Azure and other Office products)

　　-Onsite 3 days a week

　　-Oversee 2 employees and an outsourced help desk

　　-3month contract

　　-Manage HBI Help Desk function, including network performance troubleshooting, recommend updates, patches, new applications, and equipment.

　　-Provide technical support and guidance to others and handle confidential information as required.

　　-Foster a customer-service mentality and ensure the technology experience of HBI staff is a positive one.

　　-Implement training on companywide software updates to teach employees on new features.

　　-Act as Level 2 support to try and resolve complex issues that are unable to be resolved by level 1 Help desk team.
