Job Description:

　　One of our clients is looking to add a Hardware Technician to the their team in Troy, MI. The team is currently 4 FTE's and 1 Intern + the manager. This job will be working on the Kiosk after they've been staged and assembled by the Kiosk team. Their job will be to manage outgoing units as well as any units that are brought back for repair, update, or modification. They will be handling a ton of imaging devices typically bringing the machine from a Windows OS and loading a Linux Image that is pre-built with the client's proprietary software. This is a very fast paced environment and requires a high degree of multi tasking to achieve their goals as they typically image 30-80 devices per day. These devices range from PC's, Credit Card readers, printers, and some of their Pico Cooler devices. This will require solid knowledge of mobile devices as they may need to take a software package from a PC and utilize it on a mobile device to ensure the OS transfers and software is up to date. Lastly, they will be handling Excel & Google sheets to track the status of each deployment and make sure they are turning the devices around in time to meet customer expectations and repair time turnarounds.

　　Imaging experience specifically with CloneZilla would be great.

　　Experience working with peripheral device

　　Multi tasking and being able to handle doing several IT tasks at a time.

　　Being coachable, asking good questions & taking notes, and being eager to learn

　　Being able to lift 25-75lbs as needed
