　　The Financial Systems Analyst will play a key role in running and optimizing the organization's financial systems, with a main focus on Netsuite, BlackLine, Kyriba, and other similar applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations!

　　What You'll Do

　　System Implementation and Integration: Own the implementation and integration of Netsuite, BlackLine, Kyriba, and other financial systems. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure flawless data flow and integration across various platforms. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize financial systems to align with the organization's business processes and reporting requirements. Stay updated on system updates and new features, implementing changes as needed. User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing system-related issues and inquiries. Develop and conduct training sessions to ensure users are proficient in utilizing the financial systems. Data Management and Accuracy: Supervise data integrity and accuracy within financial systems. Implement controls and processes to ensure the reliability of financial data. Process Improvement: Find opportunities for process improvement and automation within financial workflows. Work closely with finance and operations teams to implement efficiency improvements. Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports using Netsuite, BlackLine, Kyriba, and other relevant systems. Ensure timely and accurate reporting for internal and external collaborators. Compliance and Security: Ensure financial systems align with regulatory requirements and security standards. Implement and supervise access controls to protect sensitive financial information. What You Have

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. At Least 3 years experience working with financial systems, with a focus on Netsuite, BlackLine, Kyriba, or similar applications. Have a solid experience record to report processes. Solid understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting requirements. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Experience optimizing and scaling tools and systems infrastructure Have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Willing to learn new technologies.
