Job DescriptionManage incidents / problems in BMC;Configure and Support of IT applications / systems;Support users in IT related areas;Connect, make changes and test existing and new IT equipment/applications;Make testing and fast solving issues on site if it is possible;Control and check for potentialsecurity risk and execute according to company cybersecurity polices;Execute existing IT procedures, processes, instructions and best practices;User support and helpdesk;Install, configure and handover of IT equipment/applications;Monitoring, installation and troubleshooting of Servers hardware and software operating systems;Create internal documentation / work instructions for all responsible areas;Take part in global and local IT related or cross-functional projects;Learn new information, techniques and tools in IT sphere and implement them accordingly;Ensure safety and security standards in IT enviroment;Develop and update technical documentation (instructions);Providing of related (to tasks) trainings to the employees;Responsible for ensuring the quality of processes and final results in my own area of responsibility while respecting organizational policies and other legal or company requirements and escalating any quality related deviations encountered
