　　Seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Director to lead our technology team. As the IT Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the technology strategy that supports our marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a versatile individual with a strong technical background, excellent managerial skills, and a proactive approach to IT solutions.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Team Leadership: - Lead and manage a team of 3 IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment. - Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.

　　Technology Strategy: - Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's business goals. - Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

　　Infrastructure Management: - Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. - Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

　　System Administration: - Take a hands-on approach in system administration tasks, including network administration, server maintenance, and user support. - Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly.

　　Cybersecurity: - Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices to safeguard company data and systems. - Stay vigilant against potential security threats and proactively address vulnerabilities.

　　Software Development: - Collaborate with marketing teams to understand technology needs for campaign execution. - Oversee the development and maintenance of in-house software solutions.

　　Budget Management: - Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. - Proven experience in a leadership role within an IT department. - Strong technical skills across a broad range of IT disciplines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technology solutions. - Experience in the marketing industry is a plus.
