　　What You’ll Do:

　　Responsible for ensuring existing processes operate on a timely basis.

　　Must be comfortable with external vendor interactions.

　　Manage system upgrades by reviewing pending updates and leading testing for system upgrades.

　　Maintain data pipelines with other systems including AWS, Azure Data Factory, Redshift, Tableau, SSIS

　　Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system improvements and enhancements.

　　Provides direction, mentoring, and guidance to team members.

　　Supports release management, reviews release summaries, and releases readiness documents. from solution vendors.

　　Identifies enhancement solutions and impacts to downstream systems.

　　Partners with technology teams and third-party consultants to develop and deploy data interfaces and systems integrations.

　　Designs and develops user procedures, guidelines, and documentation to support change management initiatives.

　　What You’ll Need:

　　3+ years of experience working in domain/service area.

　　Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; articulate and able to influence others.

　　Strong leadership, drive, and motivation skills.

　　Able to deliver results independently.

　　Demonstrates sound business judgement and critical thinking.

　　Must have working knowledge of relational database schemes and SQL experience.

　　Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $80,200.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $110,400.00/year (for full-time employees).
