　　Meet your team:

　　The team CIS Customer Engagement Solution Analytics (CIS CESA) is driving and co-working from an analytical perspective on some of the key elements of our overall SAP transformation.

　　Our responsibility covers important tools as Cloud Reporting, Hasso Plattner Award winners Usage Analyzer & Cloud Health Score, several KPIs for adoption and commercial consumption and transformation projects for Cloud Operations & Infrastructure topics.

　　The Cloud Commercial Consumption (CCC) team in CIS CESA orchestrates standardized measurement of product consumption metrics for all products and equips customer engagement roles with holistic consumption insights reaching from Cloud License Consumption (CLC), Pay-Per-Use (PPU), Intelligent Enterprise Customer Adoption (IECA), to Consumed Average Contract Value for BTP (CACV), and finally heading into a new KPI for 2024/2025, CACV across all solution areas. All of the previous, are board sponsored asks/ requests based on Next Level Adoption and Consumption (NLAC).

　　What youll do

　　The purpose of this position is to drive and orchestrate the SAP cloud transformation with a dedicated focus on consumption measurement (how much of what a customer bought is she using). In this role, you will act - together with different development teams of the respective products as the interface between business engagement and technical delivery.

　　What you bring

　　We are looking for a technical-skilled business colleague with high level experience & skills in the following areas:

　　Accompany the enablement of usage measurement with Product Owners / Development Teams of the respective products (cross-team/ board)

　　o Define, develop, deliver, and support analytic solutions based on business requirements, priorities and performance constraints

　　o Understand customer demands and challenge requirements based on business value and effort (complexity)

　　o Strengthen the agile team with your development, analytical, and business engagement & collaboration skills

　　Support on data quality & validation tasks for compensation relevant KPIs

　　Technical Skills

　　Degree in computer science, engineering, business information technologies or related fields

　　Experience in analytic-focused consulting or development roles

　　Strong analytical skills with the ability for abstract thinking and performance oriented mindset

　　Knowledge of SAP HANA or equivalent SQL database modeling tool is required

　　First experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP Data Intelligence, SAP BW, SAP Cloud for Semantics and SAP BTP knowledge is a plus

　　Experience working in scrum mode, Python or SAPUI5 coding skills and Rest APIs knowledge is beneficial

　　Proven teamwork and communication skills
