We're seeking a talented individual to provide business process review and analysis, align software with departmental needs, develop end user training strategies, and champion the use of technology to streamline operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provides onsite and remote user training on approved software to all departments.Provides primary user training on Windows & Adobe software products.Provides training on cybersecurity topics related to risk mitigation.Provides user training on assigned end user devices.Provides user training on specialty software products, as assigned by CIO.Performs project coordinator duties on new and/or enhanced software implementations, as assigned by CIO.Creates training materials (Step by Step) for training purposes.Conducts surveys to determine department training priorities.Oversees IT training room and scheduling.Understands and incorporates County IT policies and procedures into training efforts.Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or technical school completionExperience using modern technology software packagesExperience using Microsoft products Public speakingBachelor's degree in business administration, preferredTeaching experience, preferredCustomer service delivery experience, preferredProject coordination experience, preferredREQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:
