JOB DESCRIPTION

　　The role of the Business Analyst is to lead & support the Document Management Product team (DMS) to collect & clarify business requirement and translate into IT understandable documents/user stories, ensure all the business requirements has been accurately captured and traced through the project/product life cycle

　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Work with product owner to collect / analyze business requirement, as a bridge between business owner and the engineering team, to help engineering team understand the business requirement to ensure the delivery Own the FSD process - ensure that the business is providing high quality business requirements, be able to translate from business requirements into FSD documents & user stories, ensure the traceability through development and test phases Participate in the Agile ceremonies and ensure engineering team clearly understands the requirement Maintain and update backlogs in Rally, work with product owner for prioritization process Support software design and development lifecycle based on Ford standards and business requirements Support the test case and UAT Understand the Ford Credit China retail business functions and process, familiar with upstream and downstream application integration

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Bachelor's degree or above Minimum 3-5 years of related product or project development & delivery experience Ability to understand and combine business intention, technical details, performance considerations and security requirements Good understanding of Agile methodology, feature breakdown Good understanding of System development lifecycle knowledge including design, development and launch Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment Self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Good English skills in writing and speaking Familiar with Document Management System Similar BA experience in other Automotive Financial Company or Banks preferred PMP certificate preferred
