　　The EBS Contact Center receives more than 300k contacts annually. We provide centralized supplier support for Walmart suppliers related to accesses, onboarding and finances.

　　 About the Position:

　　The person in this role will help build out the strategic roadmap, learn about new technologies in the contact center space, build strong business relationships and provide project management on multiple projects.

　　 Responsibilities include:

　　Manage multiple strategic initiatives Contribute to the strategic roadmap Assess future technologies Provide troubleshooting for technological issues
