　　TITLE : IT Business Analyst

　　GRADE : 9

　　This person will be a part of a dedicated AGILE Scrum Team responsible for the collecting requirements from Stakeholders and business units applications such as the “Operations 360” and “Control Panel”.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Works as a part of the project team and act as a bridge between the internal Stakeholders and React development team to validate, analyze and document the requirements in the form of user stories.

　　Conduct business needs analysis and gather business requirements, including review of existing technology, applications and supporting processes.

　　Participates and lead discovery activities with internal Stakeholders and business teams.

　　Assist business in process definition and consultant to improve business processes.

　　Present business requirements, functional specifications and get end-users approvals.

　　Develop testing to validate application changes before releasing it on production environment. Work closely with the QA team to create test scenarios and review the test cases.

　　Provide support to end-users on features functions and configurations of applications for assigned area(s)

　　Has a deep understanding of the Agile methodology.

　　Participates in the sprint grooming sessions and sprint reviews both internally and with the Product Owners and Internal Stakeholders.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

　　3 to 5 years of experience in the role as a business analyst and collecting requirements and documenting processes.

　　Computer skills necessary to operate MS Office, Jira, Jira Align,etc.

　　Demonstrated proficiency in verbal communication and presentation skills essential to interacting with all levels of management.

　　Planning and organizational skills required to prioritize and coordinate workload within multiple projects setting across various projects.

　　Professional writing skills to formally document and present analyses and proposals.

　　Cross-team collaboration.

　　Ability to read, write and analyze, communicate effectively by email, reports, or verbally, with an audience that may include less technically oriented abilities.
