The IT Analyst is responsible for assisting in software analysis and implementation. The Analyst will act as a liaison among stakeholders to analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. The incumbent will understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. The Analyst will interpret and transforms information based on business requirements and provides the data for delivery. The Analyst will conduct detailed research of vendor products and assists with general project management. Additionally, the incumbent will be required to participate in projects with responsibilities including, but not limited to developing design documentation, application of best practices within process areas, and developing/configuring the technical solutions. The incumbent may assist with testing of data migration, integrations, system testing, and end-user training. Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, project/implementation experience and knowledge of best practices are critical to successful performance in this role.
In conjunction with working with our internal employees, this role will also work closely with our multiple consulting partners/external hires, software vendors and will require knowledge of Sherwin practices, processes, and culture.
