Kforce is looking for an IS Systems Analyst II. Candidates must be in the Central Ohio region. Pay is based on experience. This is a hybrid role with majority of time spent working remote. On-site days will only be required for project kick-offs and project completion days.Principle Responsibilities:System Analysis and Support:
Supports complex medium to large system across several departments
Plans, designs, develops, implements, and supports information systems to meet assigned customer needs
Provides customer service to define business needs and translate those needs into system functionality requirements
IS Systems Analyst II provides analysis on system design specifications and system/product evaluation
Provides system coding and programming as required
Develops and implements data queries and reports as needed
Assures data integrity and system survivability by developing and maintaining Disaster Recovery plans for assigned systems, understands, and approves back up procedures, tests DR plans and system restores, and maintains current data in DR databases and CMDB
Coordinates IS resources for project and operational support
IS Operational Support:
Utilizes IS Operational support systems to include Help Desk, Change Control, Problem Management, source and version control, and other systems as required and provides feedback and analysis to improve these systemsProject Management:
As an IS Systems Analyst II, you will be knowledgeable of the organizations IS Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies to include familiarity with defined project phases and project deliverables
Leads projects that are small to mid-size in complexity, scope, and cost involving a limited number of IS departments or customers
BS degree in IS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
