　　The IS Application Analyst 3 - ITS/Primavera Business Analyst is a full-time Civil Service position within the Information Technology Services Department. This position is responsible for the support and maintenance of the Oracle Primavera Project Management System known as CPMS.

　　The men and women in Metro’s Information Technology Services (ITS) department work 24-7 to ensure optimum communications both within Metro and between Metro and the general public. Multiple IT teams work to ensure information safety and efficient and effective business transactions.

　　Typical Duties

　　Provide application support for the Oracle Primavera Project System.

　　Work with Project Management teams and Finance to understand business requirements and map them to Primavera and Unifer.

　　Manage user access via SSO.

　　Perform application documentation and coordinate necessary training or training strategy for the module(s) in coordination with the process owners.

　　Coordinate and communicate the activities of other team members (process owners, users, departments, ITS technical team, consultants), with assistance as needed.

　　Perform daily, weekly, and monthly application health checks.

　　Monitor usage, report writing, and troubleshoot integration issues.

　　Assist with departmental and project coordination for the application(s) being developed or customized.

　　Assist users with reports.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Employees would have considerable (3-4 years) related experience in information technology systems support or programming.

　　LICENSE REQUIRED:

　　Valid Driver License

　　Candidates with accreditations earned in a foreign institute are encouraged to apply.

　　Note: Per Metro Ordinance No. SO94-1078. All employees of the Metropolitan Government shall be residents of the State of Tennessee or become residents of the state within six (6) months of employment as a prerequisite to employment with the Metropolitan Government.

　　Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

　　Experience working with Primavera

　　Microsoft Office Suite experience

　　SQL, Data Analytics or Visualization Certification

　　Considerable experience in an ERP related software systems and applications
