Thisexciting new position will have the opportunity to provide therapyservices to GHC Foundations IOP as well as individual outpatient therapyfor GHC Members and to the community. The blending of these two areas oftreatment offers a unique system of support for patients participatingin the GHC Foundations IOP, and to support those patients as they stepdown into outpatient care. This role is just one of the ways GHC-SCW isworking to ensure stability throughout the continuum of care. TheBehavioral Health Intensive Outpatient Program Therapist (BH IOPTherapist) is responsible for program support and service coordinationfor the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and for delivery of directclinical services to patients in the IOP as a practicingpsychotherapist. The incumbent will triage patients referred to theprogram, participate in weekly patient planning staff meetings,facilitate group-based treatment and support discharge planning. The BHIOP Therapist works under the general direction and supervision of aBehavioral Health Coordinator, with additional accountability to theDirector Behavioral Health.
