　　What will I be doing?

　　The Invoicing Manager is a key member of the Accounting team responsiblefor overseeing the accurate and timely creation and distribution ofinvoices to our clients. This role requires a detail-oriented andorganized individual who can ensure that invoicing processes areefficient, compliant, and aligned with the company\'s financial goals.The Invoicing Manager will play a critical role in ensuring revenuecollection and supporting the financial health of the organization.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Team Leadership:Supervise and provide guidance to the invoicing team, includinghiring, training, and performance management.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within theteam.Invoice Management:Maintain an invoicing tracker to facilitate ownership and timelyaccurate billing.Generate and review invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness,and adherence to contractual terms.Manage invoicing cycles, including recurring and one-timebilling, to meet established deadlines.Address billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies orissues promptly.Client Communication:Collaborate with internal commercial team to verify clientbilling requirements and resolve billing-related queries.Maintain professional and effective communication with internalcommercial team as well as clients regarding invoicing matters.Ensure that invoices are delivered to clients through theirpreferred channels (email, mail, portal, etc.).Process Improvement:Continuously evaluate and streamline invoicing processes toenhance efficiency.Implement automation and software tools to optimize billingprocedures.Compliance and Documentation:Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and ensure compliancewith invoicing and reporting requirements.Maintain detailed records of invoices, contracts, and billingdocuments.Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation andexplanations.Requirements

　　Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Master\'s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) is aplus.Proven experience in a similar role, with at least 5 years ofexperience in invoicing and billing.Strong understanding of financial principles, revenue recognition,and accounting practices.Proficiency using accounting software and invoicing tools (e.g.,NetSuite, Oracle, Dynamics 365, etc.).Knowledge of ASC 606Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for clientinteractions.Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative workenvironment.Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify andimplement process enhancements.Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesconsistently.Location

　　The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for thisrole at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or lessthan the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. Anemployee\'s position within the salary range will be based on severalfactors including, but not limited to, relevant education,qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority,geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales orrevenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, andbusiness or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is\$90,000-\$110,000.
