The AIS Guidance Centeris comprised of registered representatives specializing in inbound andoutbound calling activity. This position will primarily focus on eitherinbound or outbound calls, but will occasionally assist the other.Proactively contact clients of the AIS Guidance Center, introducingservices and reviewing their portfolio for the purpose of establishinglonger-term, successful relationships. Responsible for expanding anddeepening customer relationships by conducting a needs analysis anduncovering additional investment opportunities by profiling forfinancial needs and delivering investment solutions directly orindirectly, via referral, to an AIS field representative. Providecomprehensive guidance and support to clients assigned to the AISGuidance Center by delivering an exceptional customer experience duringevery interaction. Expectations for this position require the ongoingfocus on building solid and long lasting relationships by engaging allcustomers in a positive manner.
