Kforce has a client that is seeking to hire an Investment Accountant in Springfield, Massachusetts (MA).Summary:This client is a long-running financial services company that is rapidly growing. They offer a competitive benefits package that includes a pension plan and 401K. They also pay bonuses and offer flexible hours. This role will work in a hybrid schedule.Responsibilities Include:

　　Investment Accountant will participate in implementation of new ledger

　　Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles

　　Analyze and present monthly financial analysis reports to senior management

　　As an Investment Accountant, you will review reconciliations of investment data for ledger tie outs

　　Analyze financial reports and investment data

　　Assist in annual regulatory financial statement audit requests

　　Implement accounting improvements

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related major

　　CPA or CFA required

　　5 years of experience with investment accounting in financial services clients

　　Experience analyzing new investments and accounting guidance

　　Knowledge and experience of investments

　　Significant knowledge U.S. GAAP

　　Strong analytical skills

　　Strong communication skills

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
