As a Member of Warehouse Management Team, you'll be responsible for specific processes, resources and operational overview within the Warehouse (operations and / or administration). You will be directly managing our growing production team. This role is for our fulfillment center in Tracy, CA.
Directly motivating and coaching of team leaders and fulfillment center employees
Communication of management information via department meetings
Responsible for organizing personnel and optimizing process and efficiency
Coordination with other operational departments

Ensuring a quality customer/consumer experience via quality/optimization of operational and administrative process
Responsibilities
Work alongside IC Manager to ensure the accuracy of stock levels and Inventory reporting on a timely basis.
Help the IC Manager lead the Inventory team to ensure that all cycle counts and auditing are done on time and efficiently.
Ensure a safe work environment of site personnel in conjunction with Site Lead through health and safety training initiatives, injury management and implementation of audit outcomes.
Identify and implement continuous improvement measures ensuring the development, implementation, and direction of best manufacturing practices for the Inventory team.
Delegate tasks and set deadlines in partnership with the IC Manager
Motivate team members and create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Requirements
Minimum two to three years of experience working in inventory preferably in a warehouse environment.
Minimum of two years previous leadership experience.
Proficiency in spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail.
Entrepreneurial mindset, who loves identifying opportunities and getting things done.
Decision-making skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of performance metrics and how they relate to inventory control
Thrives in a constantly growing and changing environment.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus.
Forklift license is a plus.
Experience in the food manufacturing environment is a plus.
