Demonstrates compassionand care by proactively identifying and resolving potential problems toensure customers have their medications when needed; collaborates withimmediate and extended pharmacy teams, medical staff, insurancecompanies, and customers alike to resolve issues, ensure accuracy, anddeliver timely resolution of any medication or insurance relatedconcerns.
