We are looking for an Inventory Manager. The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's inventory levels and ensuring the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers. This role involves maintaining accurate records, optimizing stock levels, implementing inventory control procedures, and collaborating with various departments to meet operational goals.

　　Responsibilities

　　Manage all facets of Inventory Control/Reporting & Analysis/Risk Management

　　Ensure accuracy of scaffold and hoist asset tracking systems

　　Fulfill load list requests and convert to shipments in inventory system

　　Process job site material returns and reconcile any overages and shortages

　　Execute incoming and outgoing interbranch equipment transfers

　　Assist with procurement of fixed asset and consumable inventory

　　Issue vendor purchase orders as needed

　　Control and record scrap transactions

　　Perform monthly cycle counts to ensure yard accuracy

　　Run and distribute inventory balance reports

　　Investigate and resolve variances

　　Work with operations team to verify job site material accuracy

　　Perform annual physical inventory count

　　Manage and minimize re-rent items

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management or related field

　　Proven experience in inventory management

　　Strong analytical & problem solving skills

　　Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft office

　　Construction industry experience preferred

　　Self-driven and passion for working in a fast-paced environment
