  Position Summary

  CVS Health has an exciting opportunity as a Materials Coordinator in our Fairfield Specialty Pharmacy. In this position responsibilities would include, but are not limited to purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and days’ supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor. Additionally, you could be responsible for managing return goods while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.In this role you will also ensure the pharmacy pick and pack stations are properly stocked/maintained with medication and supplies, place approved orders for shipping supplies, assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well-organized manner, and work with the other Inventory Coordinators to assist in receiving, posting, put-away, and cycle counting functions.As a Materials Coordinator will also need to monitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory, filling inventory and SOX documentation.Performs duties of an Operations Assistant, when needed. Assists with other duties as assigned and/or any other tasks as assigned by Leadership.To succeed in this role you must be able to communicate clearly and effectively and learn/utilize computer applications to communicate information, be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills. The ability to apply Mathematical concepts to inventory functions, data entry, and follow standard operating procedures are needed complete everyday tasks.In order to be successful and enjoy the activity of this role, you will need to be able to lift 50lbs +, stand, walk, lift, reach, twist, turn, bend, stop and walk for up to ten hours daily.We at CVS health, offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision insurance as well as a wide-ranging list of supplemental benefits and discount programs.   Required Qualifications

  One year professional work experience preferred in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment. Minimum 6 months of computer windows based experience. Preferred Qualifications • SAP experience • Power equipment and Pallet jack • Professional experience with Inventory/warehouse • Pharmacy experience (Pharmacy Benefit Management, Specialty, Retail) • Microsoft Office experience (Excel) • Process improvement (Lean Six Sigma) Education Verifiable High school diploma or equivalent

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $16.00 - $30.14

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
