Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous Inventory Clerk to join our team operating within the financial services industry, based in Casa Grande, Arizona, United States. As an Inventory Clerk, your role will involve managing our inventory records, handling inbound customer inquiries, and performing various clerical duties. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records

• Efficiently process customer inquiries

• Execute clerical duties diligently

• Utilize ERP solutions for effective resource planning

• Conduct auditing of inventory to ensure accuracy

• Use software like ADP - Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, and Epic Software for various tasks

• Generate charts and graphs for inventory visualization

• Respond to answering inbound calls from customers promptly

• Leverage the 'About Time' software for efficient time management. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is essential

• Familiarity with Cerner Technologies is required

• Experience with Epic Software is highly desirable

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is needed

• Ability to use ERP Solutions effectively is crucial

• Expertise in About Time software is beneficial

• Skill in Answering Inbound Calls is necessary

• An understanding of Auditing procedures is important

• Ability to create and interpret Charts - Graphs is vital

• Experience in performing Clerical Duties is a must
