　　Summary: Serve as instructor, mentor, and advocate for individualson assigned caseload. Assure all services contained in person centeredplan are provided either directly or in coordination with other SupportProfessionals. Collect program data relative to services and outcomes.Complete program notes and reports and recommend plan goals ormodification. Responsible for the safety, quality of service,satisfaction and care of the person served.

　　Help people interact socially with others in a safe and positivelearning environment.Promote social skills, communication, and a sense of belonging tothose seeking to improve their social interactions.Facilitate activities at the center and in the community that helppeople with developmental disabilities learn social skills throughfun and creative ways, including music and dance workshops, themedsocial events, cooking, and baking classes, and conflict andresolution workshops.Encourage Participants learn active listening practices throughstorytelling and role-playing exercises. Working on Arts and craftprojects and board games together encourages others to expressthoughts, opinions, and feelings in a positive environment.Skills/Knowledge:
