　　Inventory Analysts analyze and make recommendations on proper levels of materials, lead cycle counts, and correct discrepancies when they are able to. They may perform all aspects of Materials Handler activities while ensuring security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Inventory Analysts assist in developing and implementing training documentation and procedures.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Ensure accurate transaction flow throughout the department. Assist with developing, maintaining and implementing training documentation and business procedures. Distribute daily and weekly warehouse assignments by shift.

　　Maintain department digital inventory/warehouse databases (i.e. RF, Kanban, CFC, PIR, and work unit reports) and records of logs, shortage reports, cycle counts, inventory discrepancies and recycles and procedures.

　　Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts. Research, report and resolve all discrepancies.

　　Perform various data entry and prepare analytic reports for management.

　　Assist with vendor management and may assist with purchase requisitions.

　　Move, load/unload, dump, restock, relocate and/or consolidate materials.

　　May perform all aspects of Material Handler activities and/or serve as a backup for other Receiving and Warehouse associates.

　　May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned
