　　Duties: Must be able to form concrete & check proper construction, workwith tools such as level, shovel, & trowel, able to read & follow blueprint, signal drivers & other employees, check concrete to make sureproperly aligned & at proper depth, clean equip & work areas.

　　Employer will provide worker all tools, supplies, & equip. Be able tolift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors. Must be able work outdoors.Pre-hire background check required. Random drug testing duringemployment. Pre-employment drug testing required.

　　Worksite 18520 Webster St, Spring Hill, KS 66083 & other sites inDouglas, Johnson, Leavenworth, Miami, Shawnee, Clay, Class, Bates, Cole,Osage, Counties. \$27.51/hr Mon-Fri; 40 hrs/wk. Shifts 7am-4pm. OT maybe available at \$41.27/hr. Workers will be provided with dailytransportation to and from the worksite in compliance with allapplicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. Employerguarantees work hours equal to at least 3/4ths of the workdays in each12-wk period of the total employment period. Workers will be paidweekly; the employer will use a single workweek as its standard forcomputing wages due. The employer will make all deductions from theworkers paycheck required by law but will make no other deductions. Theemployer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for allvisa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees,including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker.If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer willreimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the placeof recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the workcontract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provideor pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation andsubsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed towork, except where the worker will not return due to subsequentemployment with another employer. The amount of transportation paymentor reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonablecommon carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will beprovided at a rate of \$15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of\$59.00 per day with receipts.
